The purchases made on our site are protected by Legislative Decree 206/2005, which provides for the possibility for the consumer to exercise the right of withdrawal. The consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 15 calendar days from the receipt of the goods.
The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within the aforementioned term, a written communication by sending an e-mail to the address assistenza@nanan.it or by fax to 0039054467436.
Attention custom-made, customized products such as wallpaper are not subject to the right of withdrawal due to an afterthought but only for products that have production defects or damages will be replaced within 30 working days, subject to product availability, or refunded. The withdrawal and return of the same will be totally at our expense.
Returns
Even if purchased online, the wallpaper is tailor made, according to the measurements required by each customer. Before packaging and shipping, the wallpaper passes two checks of integrity and compliance of the order measurements. However, we recommend that you carefully examine the wallpaper product before laying and if any anomalies were found, request a return.
To obtain a refund, the wallpaper must be sent back intact. Complaints are not accepted if the paper has already been pasted on the wall or other supports. Nanan Srl is NOT responsible for any problems deriving from the installation. For more information see the Terms and Conditions of Sale
