You can test the quality of our wallpaper for yourself by ordering a standard paper sample.

Customisable wallpaper

What is a customised project?

We offer the possibility of free assistance in creating a customised project to meet the particular needs of each individual.

You can
– add the name
– move elements according to the furniture (doors, sockets, cot etc.)
– mirror the product
– customise colours
– design to measure, following the measurements provided by you, even for special cases such as mansard walls, niches etc.
– develop the design on several walls of the room

Can I customize my wallpaper with my baby’s name?

Yes, you can add your child’s name by requesting a personalised design. The customisation service is completely free of charge.

Simply send us an e-mail to assistenza@nanan.it with your request. Some subjects already have pre-set spaces to insert the name, in other cases you can customise the card according to your personal needs and tastes.

Can I change the background color of my wallpaper

You can change the background colour by requesting a free customised design! Simply send an e-mail to assistenza@nanan.it with your request. Here are some examples of  CUSTOMIZED PROJECTS .

Wallpaper Installation

Do you take care of the installation?

We do not have our own fitters: all you need to do is find a good tapestry maker or a trusted fitter in your city.

How to apply wallpaper?

You can decide whether to carry out the application yourself or have your installer do it for you: it is not a complex operation, but it is important that there are two of you and that you follow the instructions carefully. “WALLPAPER INSTALLATION”.

Which glue should I use?

We recommend the glue: Metylan Special 200g
Powder adhesive based on methylcellulose, ideal for gluing heavy, vinyl and difficult-to-glue wallpapers.
IMPORTANT: Do not use glues that contain solvents.

How can i request a quote?

To obtain a precise estimate, simply send an email to assistenza@nanan.it indicating the measurements of the wall to be covered (height and width) and any overall dimensions; we will reply as soon as possible with the estimate and a graphic preview completely free of charge. Alternatively, it is possible to purchase directly from the site: once the preferred subject has been selected, a window with the configurator will open in which to enter the measurements in centimetres (H and L) of the wall and the square metres and price will be calculated automatically.

How much does the wallpaper cost?

The price is 99€ per m2 for all subjects.
On our website, once you have chosen your subject, a window/configurator will open in which you can enter the measurements in cm (H and L) of your wall and the square metres and price will be calculated automatically.
Alternatively, you can contact us at assistenza@nanan.it, telling us the measurements of your wall and we will send you a quote.

Payment can be made by bank transfer and credit card.

Are my personal data safe?

The data are processed and retained only for the time necessary to complete the order. For more information you can consult our Privacy Policy

Shipping

After how many days do you ship the wallpaper?

Shipping takes place within a maximum of 15 working days after the order is placed.
During August and the last two weeks of December, the wallpaper printing process is suspended; it is still possible to place orders during these two time periods, but they will be shipped in September and January respectively.

Are there any shipping costs?

Shipping costs 7€ in Italy and the European Union (excluding England).

What should I do if I receive the damaged wallpaper or with different measures than the order?

If the wrapping is visibly damaged, the package must not be picked up and the reason for rejection must be indicated on the carrier’s bill.
It is imperative that the goods are checked before laying; if any measuring errors or damages are found, laying must not be carried out. These must be reported to assistenza@nanan.it within 15 days, enclosing one or more photos illustrating your problem.
Once the laying has been carried out, we cannot be held liable under any circumstances.
