We ship our customized wallpaper all over the world!

Before packing and shipping, the wallpaper is examined by passing two checks of integrity and compliance of the order measurements.

Italy - Europe

In Italy and Europe, wallpaper shipments cost 7 EURO and take place within 15 working days from order’s payment.

ATTENTION
(The month of August and the last two weeks of December are not counted in the calculation of the 15 days.) Ex. An order made on July 20 will be delivered by September 5 and not by August 5.

U.S. Shipping and rest of the world

For the USA and the rest of the world, the shipping cost and, where present, taxes and customs duties, will be charged to the customer according to the regulations of the countries of destination.

The courier is not required to assemble the delivered items and the delivery is made only facing the street. .

For each order placed on our site, an invoice of the shipped goods will be issued, sending a copy to the e-mail address entered at the time of the order, for the data the information declared by the customer at the time of the order is valid, pursuant to of the DPR art 445/2000 and DL 52/2004

Nanàn offers you the opportunity, if you intend to make a gift, to have the package delivered to an address different from that of the buyer, by filling in the separate field in the order; obviously the billing will be sent to the e-mail address entered when ordering.

Upon arrival of the courier, the customer is required to check, in the presence of it, that:

  • The number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document.
  • The description on the packages corresponds to what is actually indicated on the transport document.
  • That the packaging is intact, perfectly sealed, or otherwise altered. Any damage to the packaging and / or product or the mismatch in the number of packages or descriptions must be immediately reported to the courier, with the word RETREAT

WITH RESERVE FOR PACKAGE NOT INTEGRATED. Once the courier’s document has been signed, the customer will not be able to make any objection regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered.

Any problems concerning correspondence, completeness or physical integrity of the products received must be reported within 3-4 days of delivery by contacting our assistance service by e-mail assistenza@nanan.it

WARNING:
The express courier does not give prior notice therefore it is necessary to give a delivery address with a natural person present or to go in case of storage directly to the warehouse of the shipping house

In the event of failure to collect the material in stock at the courier’s warehouses within five working days, due to repeated inability to deliver to the address indicated by the customer when ordering or for refusing the goods, the order will be automatically canceled and you will be charged 10% of the order amount, the round-trip shipping costs plus any storage costs accrued, as well as € 2.00 for the re-credit costs.

Delivery time

Delivery will take place from Monday to Friday, except on public holidays during normal working hours.

The delivery of the wallpaper is made to measure, being a made to measure product, it takes at least 15 working days to be delivered.

The company will take care of notifying any delivery delays due to particular conditions.

In no case, direct and / or indirect damages for delayed delivery can be charged to NANAN srl.

The buyer is free to request the cancellation of the order. The cancellation of orders relating to wallpapers, as custom-made and personalized products, can only be requested within 24H of the order. Beyond 24H will not be accepted.
